I am a proud wife and mother of two wild and fun-loving boys in the Portland Metro area. My passion for pre and postnatal care came after having our first son. I saw a need not just for the mother and baby, but the entire family dynamic. In the spring of 2020, I dove headfirst into following my calling and pursued my doula certification.

Labor Support
First time parent? Or have a previous birth that did not go as planned? Are you looking for a calm, non-judgmental, knowledgeable birth doula? Now offering virtual and in personal prenatal and labor support!
Postpartum Support
As a postpartum doula I will help navigate your transition into parenthood. From practical help around the home to emotional support that empowers you through the journey. I provide information on diaper changes, feeding including light breastfeeding support, bathing, and other needs your baby may have.
