Birth Support

As a postpartum doula I offer help throughout the fourth trimester after you bring your newborn baby home for the first 12 weeks. The postpartum experience can be wonderful and challenging for parents. I will help your family thrive with information about your newborn, feeding tips, sibling support, and care while you adjust to this new chapter of life.

I will work with your family as soon as your newborn is home or when you are ready for that extra support. We will continue to work together until you are competent and confident! A postpartum doula includes:

  • - Letting you and your spouse take a break

POSTPARTUM PACKAGES

With this package you will receive 12 hours of daytime postpartum care, set to a schedule that works for you. A minimum of 3 hours persist and to be scheduled anytime in the first three months. Text and email support are available throughout.

With this package you will receive 20 hours of daytime postpartum care, set to a schedule that works for you. 20 hours will need to schedule anytime in the first three months. Text and email support are able throughout.

With this package you will receive 48 hours of daytime postpartum care. 48 hours will need to be scheduled anytime in the first three months. Text and email support are available throughout.

With this package you will receive 60 hours of daytime postpartum care. 60 hours will need to be scheduled anytime in the first three months. Text and email support are available throughout.
